    IHP offers flexible scheduling, ideal for the perfect balance between work and personal life. We offer seven-on/seven-off shift structures, as well as full-time Monday through Friday shifts. Our shifts vary from 8-12 hours and encompass different times of the day, including day, admitter, and night shifts.

    Our programs also contribute to work-life balance due to the relatively low census, as low as an average of 12 patients a day.

    IHP understands that some employees may wish to expand on their monthly workload. As such, as offer a number of moonlighting opportunities, both within your full-time hospital as well as other hospitals within the IHP network. Employees can pick up any number of available moonlighting shifts, with no monthly cap. Our moonlighting rates are competitive and paid on an hourly rate.
